Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
We value our clients, and your time, and want to ensure you get your preferred appointment time and the service you deserve. In order to do this, we require a credit card be entered our secured online system to reserve your selected appointment time. Appointments made online via our online scheduler must be made 24 hours in advance. The online system will not allow appointments to be scheduled after this period. If you require an appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice, please call 423.414.1799 and we will attempt to meet your needs. As a professional courtesy to your stylist, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you to call by 3 pm the day prior. Any last minute changes, or no call/no shows will be charged a $50 fee. |

ARE XTREME LASHES RIGHT FOR YOU?
review all below for what applies to you before scheduling an appointment: ___ My eyes are free from signs and symptoms of infection and fully recovered from recent eye surgeries or procedures. ___ I do not have allergies/sensitivities to acrylates or cyanoacrylate adhesives. ___ I am comfortable lying down for a few hours with my eyes closed. ___ I can avoid exposing my eyelash extensions to excessive steam, heat, and moisture the first 3 hours after my application. ___ I can wear eyeglasses instead of contacts for the first after application. ___ I can avoid receiving an airbrush tan and applying cosmetics and skincare for the first 3 hours following application. If you checked all the above, then you are a great candidate for receiving eyelash extensions. |

Before Your Appointment
Essential to-dos for beautiful long-lasting Xtreme Lashes Semi-Permenant Eyelash Extensions - Remove all eye and face makeup, including: foundation, mascara, sunscreen, moisturizer, eye cream, eye serum prior to your appointment - wear eyeglasses instead of contacts - Do not curl lashes on day of appointment - Do not tint or perm lashes within 24 hours of appointment - Inform your stylist of any treatments you recently had that may cause irritations to your eyes. |
